Wedding dress market in Italy tends to increase 3-4 percent.
For exports it increased in 2008 but till then a slight decline.
For imports tends to rise slightly however less than 5% of total sales both of them.

In Italy in recent years, the trend among some population decline and reduce the total number of weddings, wedding dress market is growing. Why?
Wedding in Italy in recent years by 13 percent are re-married wedding. They spend money with higher expression in relatively. Exports to non-traditional wedding dress market like Far East also increased.
